We ship with USPS Standard Shipping (3-6 days) to the US. USPS International shipping to all countries is available, but it is NOT FREE. Just contact us, please. 

Once your order has been passed off to USPS, we, unfortunately, do not have control of the package's transit. Should your order get lost during transit, please contact the carrier shipping it and file a claim for YOU to be reimbursed for the insured value.

If an item arrives damaged send us a message within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos showing the damage and we will ship you out a new item or issue store credit. (Domestic claims only)

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If items are returned to us, shipping will need to be re-paid for your items to be sent back out to your correct address. 

Once an item is shipped the shipping address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. If an item is lost in the mail and cannot be delivered, a new order must be made. We are not responsible for any items after they leave our studio. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered, the buyer must contact the USPS to resolve any shipping issues and or file any claims with them. Once it leaves our studio, we cannot be responsible for any item not being delivered as it is then out of our hands and shipped to the address that was provided at checkout.

Who pays for customs fees?
Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.


We do NOT accept returns and exchanges!

- Please, feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- If the parcel has been damaged during transport, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel and send photos of the damaged packaging.
