1. Our products are baked in small amounts to keep them fresh. Therefore, we need 2 days (from the date of ordering) to process your order and send it to the address provided by you, in accordance with the rules provided on the SHIPPING AND RETURNS page.

2. For safety, dog treats with meat are (additionally) hermetically packed in unique stand-up rice paper pouches with full information about the product. These pouches are made with thick materials that protect your items from moisture, gas, and odor. They feature a matte exterior with an ultra-clear panel on the front, a secure zip seal top, and a spacious gusset bottom. Their zip-seal top is heat-sealable. Use these pouches to package perishable items and dry food products.
